I relish those first summer evenings that are cool enough for me to don my favorite accessory, the scarf. Salem experienced one such evening last week, so I rescued one of my favorite scarves from its box in my closet & built the rest of my outfit around it.
I wore this outfit to dinner & drinks with B at In a Pig's Eye. We're constantly discovering new & delicious restaurants in Salem, and In a Pig's Eye is our current favorite. B & I both ordered the fish cakes, which was one of the best meals I've had in quite some time. We can't wait to go back on a Monday or Tuesday, when the restaurant features its Mexican menu. Yum!

I love the way you paired a big print with a tiny one, it looks amazing :) Those hamburgers seem yummy!
ReplyDeleteI love that dress! It looks so pretty on you and the print is something I see so often in tops but is more unusual in a full dress. It's really great.

That was my thought exactly when I saw the dress at a thrift store, so I just knew I had to buy it!
DeleteI love that scarf. Its one of my favorite that you own. Paired wit this dress. Adorable. :) Oh. That place looks so much fun! :) Those fish cakes look AMAZING

I love that shirt dress and your meal looks delicious! I am loving these cool summer evenings.
ReplyDeleteMe too! It's my favorite part of summer.
DeleteThat outfit looks great! Makes me even more ready for fall air! We also got some in our area last night I lit a fire in our chiminae, made smores and wore tights and boots with a big sweater. As if i'm not already dying for fall that didn't help!
ReplyDeleteI am so jealous of your evening by the fire! Sounds like so much fun :)
DeleteLooks delicious and of course, love your scarf.
ReplyDeleteLove the mixed prints! Evenings have been pretty cool here recently.. I should break out my scarves!
ReplyDeleteI break mine out as soon as it's even an option, haha. Obsessed much?
DeleteThis is such a cute look! I love it :) The only time it's cool down here is at 6 in the morning.
ReplyDeleteI don't know how you do it with that heat, girl!
