I gave myself the weekend off from studying before my last exam - which is today, by the way! - because I felt like my brain was going to explode if I didn't. I'm only exaggerating slightly.
Sunday was sunny & 80 degrees (a bit too warm for my liking), so we spent the afternoon wandering along the water in the North End. I kept my outfit light & simple, with minimal accessories, as I tend to do when the weather starts getting balmy. Dressing for summer is always a challenge for me!
It definitely got a bot too warm for me this weekend as well, but you handled it sartorially better than me I think. I mostly wore old t-shirts and hid out in the air conditioned mall.

Love that top, so cute on you! I can deal with warm weather, it's when it gets humid that I go a bit crazy. Mostly because my hair gets out of control. Good luck on your last exam today!

I loved the warm weather this weekend! Can you tell I'm used to living further south? This is a wonderful summer outfit.
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute summer look! Glad today is the last of the rainy, dreary weather :)
ReplyDeleteThis top is adorable! I struggle to pair "fancy" tops with shorts but this outfit is so crisp I just might have to try it!

ReplyDeleteI adore that blouse. The colour and print is amazing!
ReplyDeleteAnd you gotta take a break sometimes! Hope your exam went well!
I love the print on this shirt! And if I lived near pretty boats and water I would probably never ever study.
ReplyDeleteI am so glad you are finished with year one! Congrats! I am also curious to see how I will fashion blog in a Southern summer. It's not usually pleasant at all.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your summer!
You have such beautiful blouses, the pattern on this one is just lovely, perfect for summer time. (And it looks like you had such a fun day, I bet it was a fun change from studying!)
